Linga POS by Benseron is a very affordable system not to mention very user friendly. Dawn Perez has been my contact person from the beginning. She has been my rock. I highly recommend this system and her to anyone looking to change systems or purchasing one for the first time. They also have a great support system overall. I chose to train, for the most part, through Linga’s YouTube channel. If you haven’t subscribed to their channel, I recommend doing so.

Hello. What an amazing group of workers, and the owner himself is very wonderful when it comes to his business and making sure everything works fine for everyone. This is the best POS system on the market as we speak. Never had a problem and if I did he would send his workers down no mater were you live to help you every step till you get it solved. If you want a nice POS, get Linga, best on the market.

Excellent cloud based POS system, very easy to work and user friendly. What I like the most is you can setup and update the menu and pricing remotely and only take few simple steps. Also there are ton of online reporting from sales to employees payroll. Overall a great POS system.

Easy to Use!!!You don’t have to be a computer savvy to use Linga. It is extremely user friendly. Easy access of data instantly anytime and anywhere .Linga is very usefulBefore Linga we had the basic Quickbooks POS. There were many steps that we had to do just for one transaction, and it wasn’t user friendly. The first time we used Linga we couldn’t believe the many possibilities we could do with it. We had a great time customizing it for our use. Aside from being a user friendly system, we can access the Linga back office anywhere. We can also schedule sales in advance, we can add or delete menu items and customize it for our use. It has signature pad capabilities, wireless printer, and we can do transactions anywhere in the shop. The Linga are awesome; they are very helpful, and they personally and immediately answer the phone.

The Best iPad Cloud POS in the Marketplace and it is Free to Start.Ease of use, literally took me 5 min to learnt the front of the house and Back office was a breeze after I go through a few videos on menu programming. It is Fast and supports all the functionalities of a real restaurant POS, Happy Hours, Purchase Order, Time Clock, Recipe Costing, Inventory management, Auto creation of PO from low stock items.Journey of finding a decent tablet pos has been really hard, bunch of companies and options out there, all of them claim that they are able to support restaurant requirements like, modifying Menu items, being able to charge extra for bigger size portions and calculating the food cost of all these modifiers, Purchase orders, Happy Hours etc. After starting with Shopkeep, I quickly realize it is not for full service restaurants, then I bought Touch bistro, great look and feel but I quickly realize it was not a cloud based system, I was not able to make changes to my menu items or run reports remotely. Then I heard the buzz about Revel, after spending $3000 on one full iPad unit, the service issues and the bugs was not covering the $119 a month I was paying. Then I kept googling and ran into few more systems and decided on Linga POS, I downloaded on my iPad which automatically gave me Pro Plan with Inventory management and table service. I was so impressed after few weeks of testing, it reminded me of my Aloha system which I dumped for Shopkeep because I needed a cloud pos, which was a bad decision on my part, from everything I have looked at This is the only cloud based pos have the functionality and robustness of ALOHA pos. Even better than the NCR’s own cloud based system Silver.

Most Affordable, Efficient and Advanced POS SystemI loved that I could pull real time reports at anytime from anywhere. Full inventory package. I could add/remove menu items instantly. Built in online ordering and loyalty!I was initially concerned about switching to a cloud based system, being based in Australia but the technology has been amazing. This is not just a POS, it is a full package to run a business from data analytics to marketing.

Linga has given me more that just a great POS system they have given me a peace of mind!!!I have been in business for 6 years and I have a small pizza shop in the suburbs of Indianapolis. When I started my business I had a PDQ system that was their old version and it turned out to be just a glorified cash register and I was paying $150 a month just for simple basic support and everytime I called them they acted like I was bothering them and always put my staff off until they had time to get to it! I look a couple of years ago to upgrade the PDQ system but their cost was $7500 per terminal for 5 year contract.So in the summer of 2017 I was looking for something and I found LAVU. I went with LAVU and spent thousands of dollars to buy IPADS and all the necessary equipment upfront and was paying $160 a month for their support and their POS system. I do not have enough space in this review to explain that LAVU is the worst customer service company I ever dealt with!! Very long story short, their POS systems never did what I was promised from day one, I invested a lot of money so I gave the system 6 months and when you realize that a system is more of a liability than an asset it is time to move on!I started looking at the beginning of 2018 to get rid of the LAVU system and came across PAUL at Linga, out of all the presentation I looked at Paul was the most honest and simple to the point representative that I have seen and with that rapport I decided to give them a try. From day 1, Paul worked with me to make sure I could use the equipment I already bought and how simple they could introduce Linga right into my shop and it was so simple and honest.I then was introduce to my two POS ANGELS, first was Dawn Perez that completely trained me on the Linga system. Dawn is a very professional young woman that cares about my shop’s success as much as I do and worked like a sleep deprived BULLDOG with the programmers and every aspect of the process!! If I wasn’t happy with something neither was DAWN! In today’s business culture everybody wants to razzle and dazzle you and sell it to you and move on and you are just a number and that is not the case with Dawn as a business manager!! ANYTIME day or night if I had a question or concern, I would joke that Dawn will go into BEAST MODE and you would have you answer as quick as possible. I even heard her on the phone with the CEO saying that the answer I was getting was not going to work and we can do better. Dawn is not just someone that help us do a better job with my customer service I will always consider her a friend.Then their is my other POS ANGEL, Layla Rice! Layla’s straight forward and honest professional attitude is refreshing, she made sure that I had the right merchant account for my business needs and even when I had questions about the POS system she would get up from her desk and go bother the programmers or get a hold of Dawn or anyone for me to find out what I needed. When I was LAVU I could not use my credit card company to use their system so they put me with a company that was compatiable with LAVU and everything was month to month or that is what I thought. When I left LAVU they let me cancel but the credit card merchant tried to argured that I signed a 3 year agreement and I could cancel but I would charge me $495 to cancel. Layla went above and beyond and helped me get out of the merchant agreement with no cancellation fee. She save me $495 going with Hybrid Payments. If you are a small business owner like me trying to keep a eye on your profits and business practices Linga is for you. You will read hundred of reviews and they all start to seem the same. You can asked Dawn Perez or Layla Rice to give you my phone number and I would talk to anyone about the pitfalls I had before and how Linga has given me more that just a great POS system they have given me a peace of mind!!! Thank you Dawn and Layla for the really hard work and dedication I need to keep me business going forward and I can say as well Thank you so much for the friendships!

I had several training sessions and needs for technical support with James Alexandra when we received our new Linga POS System and he was able to make it very easy for me to understand the system. He was a wealth of knowledge and his dedication to assisting me through my work sessions was phenomenal. The overall service has thus far been like no other service that I have ever experienced. I am glad to have chosen Linga over the other competitors as I am assured customer service is only a phone call away and the problem will be resolved within minutes.
